Demirçakan Architecture was founded in Buca, İzmir. Our first jobs were renovations of existing apartments and buildings: survey, alteration drawings, construction. Those jobs taught us one thing: the shorter the distance between the drawing and the site, the better the result.
Today we both design projects and build them. On every project the same team is at the table from the first meeting to handover; decisions come from one place and so does responsibility.
An existing building measured properly, a drawing followed through to the end, and a site visited every day. For us, good architecture is the sum of these three.
Those who draw, build
The team that draws the project also runs the construction. Details are solved at the desk, not on site.
The existing comes first
Every job starts with a survey. We never demolish what can be solved without demolition.
A written offer
No price without a finishes schedule and quantities. What you will receive is defined by drawings in the contract.
We are on site
Regular visits and photo reports throughout construction. Your contact is the same person from start to finish.
